Cosmetic Wrinkle Reduction Treatment

Botulinum Toxin

Wrinkles and facial lines can result from ageing, excess sun exposure, alcohol consumption and smoking. There is also a genetic component, along with hormonal and emotional influences.

Smoothing out these lines and wrinkles will give you a more youthful look and improve your appearance. Using the latest techniques, we employ a substance called Botulinum Toxin to smooth out these wrinkles. These wrinkles may be 'frown' lines, 'laughter' lines or 'crows' feet.

Botulinum Toxin has been used safely and effectively for many years.

We use very fine needles to gently inject the product into the required areas. The discomfort is minimal and no local anaesthesia is required.

Treatment usually takes between 10-20 minutes. The effects appear within 48-72 hours, but the full extent of treatment may not be seen for up to 10 days. The effects will usually last for 3-4 months, with gradual fading towards the end. You can return for further treatment if you want to. The effects last longer with repeated treatments.

Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are non-surgical cosmetic treatments to bring a more youthful appearance by restoring fullness and volume to the face and lips. By reducing or even eliminating folds, lines and wrinkles in the skin, the results are seen almost immediately after treatment.

We use Hydrafill®, which is based on Hyaluronic Acid (HA) found naturally in our bodies. Hydrafll® mimics the skin's own natural 'filler' HA which diminishes as we age.

The effects of fillers last from 6-12 months.
